Advanced Swap Service for Professional Display

From January 2017, and for products sold after this date the warranty offered with our current range of Professional Displays has been upgraded from a Return to Base Warranty to an Advanced Swap Warranty Service to ensure maximum availability of Display equipment. For maximum convenience, you do not need to wait for the faulty unit to be collected before we ship an advanced Swap unit.

  • Panasonic CARES

To maximise uptime of their visual technology, customers can opt for Panasonic CARES - Customer Assurance through Remote monitoring and Enhanced Service Solutions. Connected to our Mobile Virtual Network, the serive includes M2M equipment monitoring, maintenance scheduling and early warning software, available either as a licensed package or remotely managed service to enhanced performance, operations and product life-cycles.

Available with projectors, displays and professional cameras. To give our customers additional peace of mind, and to protect their technology investment.

  • On-site support

Being on hand to support customers proactively and promptly is a highly valued service. We offer on-site support, whether that's:
- Round-the-clock attendance on-site by a field engineer at large-scale events such as the London Olympics 2012 or the Eurovision Song Contest
- Pan-European on-site repair delivered by our network of specialist local partners

  • Projector maintenance training

An easy way for customers to save the time and cost of owning their projectors, we offer two levels of maintenance training. The first cover basic maintenance and the support of fixed installation, while the second is more advanced, aimed at rental and staging companies, offering training in optical maintenance and diagnostic analysis.
